This cosy, compact flat which is part of a traditional fisherman's cottage is just feet away from St Ives harbour. The property offers 1 bedroom with an open plan Kitchen/ Lounge and Dining area. Right outside the front door you have beautiful views of the harbour. The Hobbit Flat is right in the centre of St Ives and within walking distance to all the shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. You can wander through the maze of narrow cobbled streets and explore art galleries, independent shops, bars and restaurants. Soak up the splendour on both Blue Flag Award-winning beaches Porthmeor and Porthminster ideal for surfing and sunbathing alike. Or head out on the stunning coastal path past Tregenna and Treloyan with stunning views of the St Ives peninsula over your shoulder. Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00 pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog - £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heater in lounge, heated towel rail in bathroom
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available and no room in bedroom for a cot.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. No outside space or parking however the harbour and beaches are just moments away. Nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period.
