This harbourside apartment offers gorgeous views and is just seconds from the beaches, shops and restaurants of wonderful St Ives. With flexible accommodation for up to four people, it’s the perfect seaside getaway for couples and small families.

Set right on the harbour front, this light and airy first-floor holiday home is accessed via seven external stone steps. Its spacious lounge has dual-aspect windows looking over Porthminster Beach and boats bobbing on the waves - you’ll never tire of watching the tide washing in and out and the people strolling on the street below. If you want to snuggle up and switch off in the evenings, simply draw the curtains and watch a movie or your favourite show on the TV. This area is open plan to the dining space and the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you’ll need for stress-free holiday cooking, including a microwave and a dishwasher. The cute double bedroom also has breathtaking sea views - lie in bed and feel just how relaxed you are! To accommodate two extra people, there are pull-down single beds in the living room, too. A cheery family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the picture of this lovely property.

Step outside and straight onto the beach - one of five in St Ives, which between them offer mile upon mile of golden sand as well as rock pools, surf schools and cafes. If you want to get out on the water you could learn to sea kayak or stand-up paddleboard, or take a boat trip to fish for mackerel or see the seals. On land, you’ll be charmed by the cobbled streets of St Ives, which you could wander all day, exploring the impressive selection of shops, galleries and places to eat and drink.

A perfect location and a lovely place to stay. Some furniture needs updating and keys to locked windows providing otherwise an excellent choice.

A small flat in a wonderful location, ideal as a base for those who spend their days exploring outdoors. It does however need updating to some furniture to make it more appealing.

This property is ideally located, right on the harbour but away from evening noise. We have stayed here many times over the years and it has become like a second home.

A superb view of the harbour with windows that open wide. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Everything you need in a small kitchen. Only a few steps to the beach so you can pop back to make a cup of tea easily.
