Description

This ground floor studio style flat is situated in a fantastic position directly on the harbour front, making it a great location to relax and take in the views of the harbour and town.

The stable door takes you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large windows to sit and enjoy the superb views of St Ives. The lounge area has a TV, DVD player and a CD player. The modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washer/drier. The sleeping area has a 6ft "zip and link" bed which can separated to make 2 x 3ft beds (Please inform us when booking if you would prefer the beds as two singles). The shower room has a shower, wc and wash basin.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: It is possible to unload outside the property but do not leave your vehicle unattended. The access road has a cobbled surface.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property entrance is on a cobbled pathway. One small threshold step into the property.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

FLOORING: The flooring throughout is lino. There is a rug in the lounge area.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around bed when made up as a King. Access down the middle of the beds only is requested as singles. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a glass partition.

BATHROOMS: There is a shower cubicle with front opening door. Step over shower tray to enter.

LIVING AREA: There are twist and turn blinds to the front windows.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: No private outside area though property is directly on the Wharf.
