This modern, well appointed apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives with views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. It also benefits from an attractive balcony where you can sit with a glass of wine, enjoy the views and watch the world go by.

From the parking area there are 20 steps up to the entrance of the apartment.The living/dining room has a TV, DVD player, CD player/Hi-Fi, sofa bed and large picture window to enjoy the views of St Ives. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Off the kitchen is the bedroom with a 5ft bed and a TV. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, wc and a wash basin.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Shop: 0.2 ml.
