Description

Trenkesten is a wonderful, spacious property that sleeps 6 in the Trelyon area of St Ives. Two of the bedrooms boast sea views across to Godrevy lighthouse and the large, enclose, tiered garden will be a hit with guests as well as your four legged friends and St Ives harbour is just a 30 minute walk away, making it perfect for exploring the area. 

The ground floor comprises of a W.C, living room with Freeview TV, sofas and fireplace (not in use) and the dining room has a dining table and chairs and adisplay cabinet.  the kitchen offers a toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 x fridges (separate freezer in the garage), gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and the shower room has a thermostatic shower, basin and w.c.  On the first floor you will find; bedroom one with king-size bed (5’), bedside tables, dressing table, built in wardrobes an sea views, bedroom two with twin beds (3’), bedside table, built in wardrobes and sea views, bedroom three with double bed (4’), bedside tables, wardrobe, a bathroom with bath with hand shower and basin and then a separate w.c.

Outside is a large, enclosed tiered garden with level lawn and private seating/ dining area with summerhouse for storing outdoor equipment. A private tarmac drive for at least three cars (please note the driveway wraps around the property and is tight in places).
