A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives' shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.

There are two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a TV the other with 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.
