Description

This light and airy first floor apartment is situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives. The apartment has a superb view to Hayle Towans around to The Harbour. Also included are an outside secure storage cupboard for beach items and a whirlpool bath.

Entrance along the right hand side of the building and up some steps into a communal hallway. Enter into apartment hallway with washer/drier cupboard, Bedroom with King size bed, sea glimpses, TV, hairdryer and ensuite shower room with wc, wash basin, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, sea views and TV with DVD player, hairdryer. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Kitchen/Dining/Living area with Electric oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player and use of telescope to view the spectacular views around the Bay.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: 12 steps down from parking area leading to left hand side of building. From the front of property there is a gate then 3 steps up leading round the right hand side of the building. There are no handrails for these steps.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 16 steps leading up to the external front door then a further 3 steps in the communal hallway. 1 small threshold step to enter the property. Handrails are provided on both sides of these steps.
