Coastguard Cottages are located in an elevated position offering spectacular, panoramic views around St Ives Bay but just a few minutes walk to the golden beaches and variety of restaurants and shops St Ives has to offer. Am Meer offers well equipped, comfortable accommodation.

The property is entered through the conservatory with dining area and seating to enjoy the panoramic views around the bay. Through to the main Dining Room and Kitchen with Electric Oven and Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Drier and Microwave. Door to utility room and small outside area with storage areas for beach gear etc. Lounge with TV/DVD Player, coal effect gas fire (ornamental only) and panoramic views around St Ives Bay. Hallway leads to Main Bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted wardrobes and spectacular views around the Bay. *Separate cloakroom with wc, wash basin, and heated towel rail. Twin Bedroom with 2 x 3ft zip link beds which can be joined to make a 6ft double (please advise on booking if double configuration is required). *Main bathroom with corner bath and shower over, shower cubicle, wc, bidet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Outside area with patio furniture and drying area. Private, steep 1 acre field to front of property for use of tenants of Am Meer and Trehayes Haven only (children to be supervised at all times) with benches to enjoy the magnificent views around the Bay.

Am Meer can be let in conjunction with Trehayes Haven to provide accommodation for 8 people.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Cafe: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On site parking for 2 cars side by side easily accessed from Trelyon Avenue.

PROPERTY NAME: Am Meer

PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION : Brick faced.

PARKING: Parking is to the side of the property for 2 cars.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Access to the property is via a shared tarmac driveway accessed  from the main St Ives Road.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are two steps into the property, and a UPVC threshold.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: There are no internal stairs or steps

FLOORING: The property is carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom which have lino.

BEDROOMS: There is good access to bedrooms with no restricted headroom. Access to 1 side of each single bed only.

BATHROOMS: The bathroom has a bath with a seperate shower cubicle with glass doors, there is also a shower over the bath with a shower curtain.
