Situated on the slipway, just feet away from the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach its location makes it the perfect property for a couple to relax all year round

The comfortable lounge area has a window seat in which to enjoy the partial views of the beach and sea, TV and DVD player. The bedroom area is just off the lounge with a 4ft 6in bed. To the rear is a spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner with an electric cooker, fridge and washing machine. The large bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. Laundry room on site.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; plug in heaters and electric fire.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Loading and unloading available from the slipway to Porthmeor Beach just outside the entrance to the property. Alternatively you could park up in The Island Car Park and load/un-load from here just a minute or 2 walk away.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Please note that Flat 1 is accessed from the side of St Nicholas Court fron the Slipway to Porthmeor Beach. Walk down tarmac slipway (slightly uneven) to front communal entrance door on the right. 2 Steps up to shared hallway. No handrail. No further steps to enter flat.
