Located on Back Road West in the popular Downnalong area of the town  this compact, well equipped ground floor apartment is in a great position to enjoy everything the town has to offer at anytime of the year.

From Back Road West you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has a TV, DVD player and CD player, and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom is a 4ft 6in bed and heated towel rail and in the en-suite shower room there is a shower, wc and wash basin.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 small, £20 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that one of the beds is the double sofa bed in the lounge.
