White Rock Apartments form part of a large Victorian house situated in an elevated position overlooking Porthmeor Bay. The property is in a quiet location within easy reach of the town and Porthmeor beach. This light and airy apartment occupies the top floor of the building and has been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from parking to the rear and sea views from both the bedroom and living room.

Entrance through lobby to front of property, 15 steps to apartment entrance and 12 steps to hall/landing area with eaves storage. Bedroom with double bed with sea views over St Ives town across the bay to Hayle Towans, DAB Radio, ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Kitchen/Lounge/diner with electric double oven and hob, fridge and washer/drier (all built in). TV with DVD player, Sky TV, and DAB Hi-Fi. Lounge area has a large window with a sea view.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
