Up In The Ayr is a bijou apartment on the first floor of a converted house and is a perfect compact base to explore the beautiful coastal walks, beaches and restaurants in and around the town.

Up one flight of stairs from the communal hall you enter into the kitchen/lounge/diner with a TV, DVD player and sea views. The bespoke kitchen area has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and a TV/DVD player with the en-suite comprising of a shower, wc, hand basin and a heated towel rail. At the rear of the property is a parking space and a convenient 'lock-up' where you can store surf boards, beach kit or even bikes.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
