A luxury apartment situated on the seaward side of Headland Road with superb views over St Ives Bay and the Beach at Carbis Bay. The apartment has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard and has the benefit of a door-phone entry system, a lift to all floors and a parking space. There is also a private balcony with furniture and shared garden also overlooking the Bay. Although the apartment is on the second floor of the building entry from the road/car space is at first floor level.

Access from parking area to the first floor entrance and then 1 flight of stairs to front door. Second Floor: Lounge/dining room with views, TV, DVD player, CD player/hi-fi, decorative fireplace with coal effect gas fire and door to balcony. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 5ft bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom including bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room including large shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. This shower room also has a door into the hallway which can be locked.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.
