This two bedroom detached bungalow is situated on the seaward side of Carbis Bay at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the spacious lounge/diner and the kitchen the property has uninterrupted views for many miles across local countryside to the distant sea and Godrevy Lighthouse. The property has a front and rear garden also a side garden which runs alongside open farmland. The property is locally managed by its owners and is approximately ten minutes walk to the local Carbis Bay beach, five minutes to local shops, and ten minutes by bus to St. Ives.

Lounge/diner with TV and DVD player and electric fire. Kitchen with gas hob and electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Electric blankets out of season. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin, wc.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Beach: 0.5 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.
