Clodgy View is situated at the top of Porthmeor Hill and a short walk from the town and harbour. This ground floor apartment is well appointed and furnished and has a view of Porthmeor Bay.

Entrance is up three steps from outside seating area into the hall. Lounge/dining room with Hi-Fi, TV and DVD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Main bedroom with 4ft 6in pine bed and patio doors opening on to the rear patio with barbeque. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and wc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Shop: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 2 cars on the private driveway to the front of the property (20ft x 16ft approx).

STAIRS/STEPS:  The property has no internal stairs or steps, however there are 3 steps to the rear decked outdoor seating area.

FLOORING: There is wooden flooring in the lounge and bathroom. There is a bound rug in the lounge. The Kitchen has lino flooring. The bedrooms are carpeted with small bound rugs. 

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the double bed. Access from one side only to each single bed.

BATHROOMS: The bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle. The cubicle has a glass door. One step over shower tray to enter.

LIVING AREA: The living area has curtains to the windows. Bedrooms also have curtains. There is a coal effect electric fire in the living area.
