Barnoon Terrace is situated in a prominent position overlooking the town, harbour and beyond but just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Flat 2 is a ground floor apartment and boasts fantastic views from the lounge bay window. The apartment also benefits from a communal outside seating area at the front of the property to enjoy those summer evenings.

There are 11 steps up to the entrance and from the communal hallway you enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has TV, DVD player digital radio and a window seat to enjoy the views and perhaps a glass of wine. The kitchen area is fitted with an electric cooker, microwave and larder fridge. The bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed and the en-suite has a bath with electric shower over, wc and wash basin.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None available.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

PROPERTY NAME: Flat 2, 7 Barnoon Terrace


PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest car park is Barnoon Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: No vehicular access on Barnoon Terrace. The nearest unloading point is at the top of Barnoon Hill. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended. It is then a short walk down a slight inclining tarmac path leading to the private pathway to the front of the property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has a tiered front patio area. There are 2 steps up to the first level from the pathway, a further 4 steps to the 2nd level then a further 6 steps to the top level. 2 further steps to the front door and hallway to the flat. No handrails.


STAIRS/STEPS: The property is level throughout.

FLOORING: There is wooden flooring throughout the living area with a bound edged rug in the lounge area. The bedroom has carpet flooring.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed.


BATHROOMS: There is a shower over the bath which is enclosed by a shower curtain. The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom.

LIVING AREA: There are blinds to the windows which have safety catches.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: There is a communal, tiered patio area, with seating, to the front of the property.
